The Training Course on " Statistics and Evidence-based Management " was held by Dr. Ashkan Shabbak, Head of the SRTC, and Mr. Mahdi Naghikhani, Expert of Data Processing and Dissemination Group of the SRTC in the Statistical Research and Training Centre from 16 to 18 February 2020 for 12 hours. In this Training Course, topics such as concepts, importance and position of evidence, decision–making process, common biases as well as the role of emotions, motivation and morality in decision-making were presented and described.
