The Training Course on” Measurement of Labor Underutilization” was held by Dr. Farhard Mehran, ILO Consultant, in the Statistical Research and Training Centre during 16-17 April 2019 for 8 hours. The Course dealt with definitions, concepts and measures of the labor underutilization, international labour standards and their types, measurement and conditions of time-related underemployment, measurement, conditions and specific times to measure unemployment and explanations on comparison of the labor underutilization in Iran with Turkey, Republic of Korea and Brazil.
