The Workshop on Programming with R Software for Demography was held by Dr. Hassan Aynizinab, Faculty Member of Medicine Science in Shahid Beheshti University in the Statistical Research and Training Centre from 21-23 January 2018. In this Workshop, the participants were provided with topics such as data assessment and modification, fertility computation and projection, assessment and modification of mortality data, life tables creation, mortality projection and population projection by using R software.
