The Training Course on CPI and PPI was held by Dr. Ayoub Faramarzi, Faculty Member and Research Deputy for the Statistical Research and Training Centre (SRTC), Dr. Nader Hakimipour, Faculty Member and Group Director for Economic Statistics of the SRTC and Ms. Mansureh Yazdankhah, Director General of the Price Indices Office of the Statistical Centre of Iran from 13-15 May 2018 for 12 hours. In this Workshop, the participants were provided with the issues such as theoretical principles and concepts of price index, type of price indices, inflation and applications and their calculation methods.
