The Workshop on an introduction to Infographic was held by Dr. Maryam Shalemi, Instructor in the Islamic Azad University, in the Statistical Research and Training Centre during the days 27 October, 3, 10 and 17 November 2018 for 16 hours. In this Workshop, participants were provided with issues such as concepts, structure, methods of an infographic presentation, main techniques, dos and don’ts in the process of an infographic designing, history, diagram, type of charts, recognition of applications required in designing an infographic and practicable explanation on transforming a text into an infographic.
